Our specially trained skilled professionals document conditions visually, in accordance with standards and in a tamper-proof manner – for start-up and commissioning, test archives, statements to be submitted to authorities or digital quality assurance systems.

NDT - Non-destructive testing
Material assessment without intervention – precise, norms compliant, objective
NDT methods enable inspection of components for internal and external defects without altering or damaging the structure. Our inspections are carried out either by our own personnel or in close cooperation with certified partners.
Typical procedures:
VT - Visual inspection (standard method for all visible inspection areas)
PT - Dye penetration test (hairline cracks, pores, surface defects)
MT - Magnetic particle testing (only for ferromagnetic materials)
UT - Ultrasonic testing (wall thickness, internal defects, binding errors)
RT - X-ray inspection / radiography (weld seams and volume defects)
All procedures are carried out according to applicable standards such as DIN EN ISO, ASME, AD 2000 – with complete documentation.

Image-based inspection (endoscopy)
What the eye cannot see is made visible by our technology - down to the last corner.
We use high-resolution camera systems such as SNK Ultra 365, VUMAN E3+ or REVOLVER 80 to assess the condition of internal surfaces, seam joints or hard-to-reach areas in real time.

Pressure test / leak test
Classic test procedure to check the tightness and strength of pipelines.
We witness hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests to ensure they are performed according to norms and standards and in safe manner – from preparation to documented approval.
